Terms & Conditions 

1. Fidotech Rwanda Ltd (“Winner’’ or ‘’Company”) provides this promotion with the understanding that you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. This promotion is available for all registered customers from eligible countries [Rwanda] from 14.07.25 (00:01 GMT+2) to 20.07.25 (23:59 GMT+2).
3. The “Super Spins” Tournament (“The campaign”) is only available in Real mode and for real money.
4. There is no minimum bet size required to participate in the campaign.
5. Participating players will take part in the campaign by placing a qualifying bet in the tournament’s participating games during the campaign period. There is no additional cost. Only one participation in the promotion per user.
6. Bets must be made exclusively in qualifying games.
7. The qualifying games are the following: Hot and Spicy Jackpot, Combo Seven, Hot and Spicy Megaways, Jack Potter Megaways, Anubis’ Obelisk, Hot and Spicy, Wild West Girls, Wild Coins, Joker Coins, Jack Potter Deluxe, Clown Coins, Dragon Gates, Caramelo Jackpot, Crystal Treasure, Piggy Bonanza, Cherry Boom, Tropicana Fruits, Troyan Gems, Fruit Train Express: Hold & Win, Chinese Express.
8. Users can track their own progress individually or view the leaderboard by accessing any qualifying game within the promotion.
9. Points are awarded based on the total amount wagered by the participant. For every 550 RWF bet, the player receives 1 point. Points are proportional to the bet amount. For example:
   1. A 164 RWF bet earns 0.3 points.
   2. A 9,840 RWF bet earns 18 points.
10. Additional points are credited to the player for the multiplier gained as a result of a bet, meaning for the multiplier to which the bet was multiplied. Additional points are credited only for multipliers of 1.00 and higher. No additional points are credited for multipliers which are less than 1.00. The number of additional points to be credited is determined by the following formula: Multiplier х 10. For example, for a multiplier of 1,25, the player will be credited with 12,5 points (1,25 х 10 = 12,5).
11. “Happy Hours” are designated time periods during which players can earn up to 20% more points from both bets and multipliers. The duration and schedule of Happy Hours are shown via a countdown timer in the tournament lobby. A total of 8 hours of Happy Hours occur within every 24-hour period.
12. Prize winners are selected based on the highest total points accumulated during the tournament.
13. Prizes are instantly credited to the customer’s account upon receiving the winning notification or shortly thereafter, provided that all eligibility and participation criteria have been met. 
14. Winners will be notified via phone (or SMS) using the contact details registered in their account. If a winner cannot be reached within 72 hours of the promotion’s end, the prize will be forfeited. The prize may then be awarded to the next eligible participant on the leaderboard based on total points earned.
15. Prizes will be awarded as per the prize pool tab.
16. The promotion is part of a promotional campaign with a total maximum prize value of 3,000,000 RWF.
17. Only verified Casino Players are eligible to win the prizes.
18. Cash prizes do not have ANY wagering requirements.
19. Prizes paid while using bonus funds will be paid out in bonus funds.
20. Cash prizes will be paid out in the currency the winning bet was placed with, according to currency conversion from Euro.
21. Casino reserves the right to not pay out a cash prize where the win results from any obvious error, mistake or technical fault (including incorrect game pay-outs) whether caused by a machine or human error in respect of any of the participating games. Casino further reserves the right to not pay out a cash prize where, in its opinion, the win results from cheating or collusion with other players.
22. Casino reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason and also reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer at any time. Previous terms and offer will be honored for players claiming up until the time of any change in the offer.
23. These terms and conditions may be published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. In case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
