Once you’ve completed the registration form on our website, we will send an activation code to your mobile device. To activate your account, please check your phone’s SMS for the code. If you haven’t received it, simply log in to your account and navigate to the “My Account” section located at the top of the page. From there, you will find an option to resend the activation code to your mobile phone.

Changing your password is a straightforward process. Here are the steps to follow:

  • Visit our website’s homepage at and click on the login button.
  • Enter the phone number associated with your registered account.
  • Select the “forgot my password” option and click on “send.”
  • We will promptly send you a one-time 5-digit code that you can use to create a new password.

If you do not see a successful deposit reflected in your account, please contact us. You can send an email to [email protected] and include a screenshot of the confirmation message from your Mobile Money operator, which should include the transaction ID or the Winner shop receipt.

To locate your Account ID:

  1. Click on the “your account” button.
  2. Go to the top section of your profile page, where you will find your unique User ID displayed.

If you have forgotten your account password and are unable to log in, you can reset it by following these steps:

  1. Click on the Login button and choose the “Forgot your password?” option.
  2. Enter your phone number and click on “Send.”
  3. If your phone number is associated with an account, you will receive a 5-digit code and instructions on how to reset your password.
  4. Enter the 5-digit code sent to your mobile and proceed to reset your password.
