We believe in betting responsibly and want you to always enjoy playing with us by staying in control and only betting on what you can afford. If you ever feel like betting has become a problem, tell us and we’ll be in touch to help.
Maintaining control
We want you to enjoy the time you spend with us. Here are a few guidelines to ensure you do:
Monitor your betting activity
Check your account statement regularly to stay in control of your betting activity, deposits and withdrawals.
Warning signs
If gambling feels like a burden but you can’t stop, it’s likely to indicate a problem. These are some signs to look out for, though there may be others. If you recognize a few, we recommend seeking help:
Self-exclusion
If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion at any time.
What is self-exclusion?
Self-exclusion is a voluntary agreement in which you ask to be prevented from accessing gambling services because you feel your gambling may be becoming harmful. Any person may enter into a self-exclusion agreement with us.
When you request self-exclusion, we will take immediate steps to restrict your access to gambling and ensure you receive the appropriate protections.
What happens when you self-exclude?
Please do not attempt to bypass these restrictions or create new accounts. We are legally required to honour all self-exclusion agreements and may take additional measures to prevent access.
Duration of Self-Exclusion
You may choose:
Registering with the Board
You may also apply directly to the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) or the competent regulatory authority to be registered as a restricted person. Registration means you are prohibited from gaming or betting with licensed operators in Rwanda for the duration of the restriction.
Operators are required by law to prevent any restricted person from opening accounts, placing bets, or receiving marketing materials.

Help and Support
If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling-related problems, we encourage you to seek professional support. You may contact licensed counseling services or relevant support organizations within Rwanda.
Preventing Underage Gambling
By registering and betting with Winner Rwanda, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We reserve the right to verify your age at any time. If we have reasonable doubt regarding your age, we may request documentation and suspend your account pending verification.
If you are found to be under 18 years old:
Any person identified as underage will have their betting account disabled in compliance with Rwanda’s gambling laws.
Filing a Complaint
If you suspect illegal gambling activities (including unlicensed operators), you may file a complaint directly with the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) or the competent regulatory authority through their official website or designated reporting channels.
